Instead of buying a new shirt you could buy two or three necklaces that would all go well with solid-colored shirts and dresses. Jewelry, bags, and belts can all be added to outfits to make them look brand new.

Shop consignment

Consignment stores offer rarely used, designer-brand fashion at discounted prices. Clothing and accessories from consignment stores will usually hold up well, as they are from quality brands and haven’t been worn often. Of course, they’ll also look like new, because they practically are!

Sell old clothes

Have some nice clothing that you only wore once or twice, but know you probably won’t wear again? Dresses from events that you simply can’t reuse? Sell them! Just as you can buy used clothing, you can make money off your own, which you can then use to buy clothes you’ll actually wear. You’ll also free up some closet space!
