How should I bring my items in?
ANSWER: Please bring items in excellent condition, on hangers, freshly cleaned and pressed. All items should be in style and no more than 2 years old. Minimize the items that we do not accept by taking the time to look for broken zippers, missing buttons or ties, rips, stains, faded material, etc.—we will not accept these items.
Do you accept suits?
ANSWER: We will accept only designer suits like Chanel, Escada & Armani
How do you decide on pricing?
ANSWER: Our staff stays up-to-date with current style trends and what is popular with our customers. We know the market and what is in demand. We set the prices usually at 1/3 of the original retail price. If you have an item that you must get a certain price for, let us know. Our Listing Form provides a space for you to let us know what price you would like an item sold for – we will use this as a guideline for pricing.
Do you accept vintage?
ANSWER: Yes, we consider vintage to be the 70’s and earlier. We especially love vintage handbags and dresses.
What sizes do you carry?
ANSWER: We carry size 0 (Zero) to size 3X
How much do I get paid?
ANSWER: You will receive 40% of our selling price unless a negotiated price has been set.
When and how do I get paid?
ANSWER: You are paid after your contract expires. We mail checks out between the 24th and end of that month. You will only be paid if your items are sold. We want to keep you abreast of the status on your account so please inquire by email. You may use your account balance as store credit at any time.
